MoF sets nearly 210bn afs revenue target this year

KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on Wednesday announced so far collecting 86.3 billion afghanis in revenue this fiscal year.

The ministry in a statement said over 2.6 billion afs had been collected in the first 13 days of the ongoing month.

Revenue Offices collected 329 million afs, 2.9 billion in taxes, 856 million afs in non-tax revenue and 3.27 million from custom offices, the ministry said.

Until July 10, a total of 86.3 billion  afghanis has been collected and an estimated 209 billion afs revenue would be collected this year.
