KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Information and Cultural Affairs (MoICA) has claimed that the Kabul Serena hotel owes $168 million to the ministry in lease payment, but the hotel acknowledges $100 million to be paid.
In an extra-ordinary meeting regarding the $168 million lease payment by the Serena Hotel, acting Minister Mohammad Tahir Zaheer said tax collection was a key responsibility of the ministry.
