PUL-I-KHUMRI (Pajhwok): At least 12 security guards of a former member of Provincial Council were killed after their vehicular convoy hit a roadside bomb in northern Baghlan province on Wednesday.
Nazir Najam, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok that 12 bodyguards of Ghafari were killed in the blast.
Earlier, a source in Baghlan, speaking on the condition of anonymity, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the blast took place in CheshmaSher area of Pul-i-Khumri City today afternoon.
