GHAZNI CITY (Pajhwok): Seven civilians, including women and children, were killed in a bomb blast in the Jaghatu district of southern Ghazni province on Sunday, an official said.
Wahidullah Jumazada, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News the roadside explosion hit a civilian vehicle in the Pirakai area of the district before noon.
He said seven civilians, including three women, two children and as many men, were killed and their vehicle destroyed as a result of the explosion.
