Covid-19: Kuwait suspends Afghanistan flights

KABUL flights due to the coronavirus threat, a media report said on Monday.

The Kuwaiti Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) announcement raises to 32 the number of countries where commercial flights are still suspended.

The Kuwait Times quoted the DGCA as saying that flights to the 32 countries would remain suspended until further notice due to COVID-19 fears.

The updated list is: Afghanistan, Armenia, Bangladesh, Brazil, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Chile, China, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Kosovo, Lebanon, Mexico, Moldova, Montenegro, Nepal, Northern Macedonia, Panama, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Serbia, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka and Syria.
