HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): A bomb blast injured at least three people in this capital city of western Herat province on Friday amid preparations for the Ashura, an official said.
The blast took place in the limits of the fifth security district shortly after 9am, said police spokesman Abdul Ahad Walizada.
He said the bomb went off inside an ice cream selling shop and slightly injured two persons.
