KABUL Football Federation (AFF) former head Keramuddin Karim had been found guilty by FIFA so he must be brought to justice.
The Attorney General Office (AGO) has ordered the arrest of Karim, accused of sexually harassing female football players, but he fled to Panjsher province and is yet to be arrested.
FIFA has also suspended Karim and fined him $1 million.
