KABUL (Pajhwok): Following the start to intra-Afghan talks in Doha, the High Council for National Reconciliation chief and the acting minister of foreign affairs have returned to Kabul.
Dr. Abdullah tweeted he and Haneef Atmar flew back to Kabul on Sunday evening after attending the opening ceremony for the peace historic peace negotiations in Qatar.
Also on Sunday evening, contact groups of the government and Taliban negotiating teams met on the agenda, guidelines, scheduling and other issues . . .
