Ghani in Bamyan to attend security meeting

KABUL (Pajhwok): President Ashraf Ghani on Sunday traveled to central Bamyan province to attend an important security gathering, an official said.

Presidential spokesman Sediq Sediqi said Ghani had arrived in Bamyan at the head of a high-level delegation. The two vice-presidents are also accompanying him.

Sediqi said the president would also examine construction work on the Yakawlang road and meet elders of the province.
