JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Thirteen civilians and one security official were killed and 42 others, mostly civilians, injured in a truck-bombing in the Ghanikhel district of eastern Nangarhar province on Saturday, an official said.
Governor Spokesperson Attaullah Khogyani said the bombing in front of the district office occurred at around 12:30pm.
