KABUL (Pajhwok): The driver of Access to Information Commission (AIC) member Hamdullah Arbab succumbed to the wounds he suffered in a bomb blast in Kabul on Sunday.
Arbab told Pajhwok Afghan News the blast took place in Hewadwal Blocks in limits of Kabul’s 8th police district. He was on his way to office along with his son and driver when the explosion occurred.
