KABUL (Pajhwok): President Ashraf Ghani on Monday left for Kuwait to offer fateha for and pay homage to the late emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
The Presidential Palace said Ghani, leading a high-level delegation, would then travel to Doha, the capital of Qatar, on a two-day official visit.
In Doha, the statement added, the president would meet Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, the emir of Qatar, on issues of bilateral interest.
