JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Dozens of residents of Shinwari districts of eastern Nangarhar province were not allowed on Monday to share their security related issues and problems with Governor Ziaulhaq Amarkhel and other officials.
Two days back, thirteen civilians and one security official were killed and 42 others, mostly civilians, injured in a truck bombing in the Ghanikhel district of Nangarhar province.
Dozens of shopkeepers of Marko bazar area of Shinwari district came to Jalalabad city, the provincial capital, to meet Governor Amarkhel but they were not allowed by governor’s house police guards to meet him . . .
