MEHTARLAM (Pajhwok): A man in the Badpesh district of eastern Laghman province has committed suicide after killing his father, an official said on Tuesday.
Asadullah Dawlatzai, the governor’s spokesperson told Pajhwok Afghan News the man killed his father in Androwar locality as a result of a family dispute.
He said the man sprayed his father with bullets before shooting himself dead.
Rahman Syed, a resident of the area, said there had been incidents of violence in this family over the past few months.
