<p>JALALABAD (Pajhwok): A seven-year-old child has been killed and three others have been wounded as a result of a roof collapse in eastern Nangarhar province, an official said on Tuesday.</p>
<p>Attaullah Khogyani, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News the incident took place in the Tralay area of Kot district on Monday evening.</p>
<p>He said the roof of Yaseen Khan’s room collapsed, resulting in the death of his seven-year-old son and injuries to three other children aged between two and five years.</p>
<p>The official added the Natural Disaster Management Department had been directed to assist the victims at the earliest possible.</p>
