JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Four people, including finance and media managers of the Islamic State, also known as Daesh, have been arrested in eastern Nangarhar province, said a statement on Sunday.
The arrests came in a raid conducted by the National Directorate of Security (NDS) personnel in Jalalabad, the provincial capital, a statement from the governor’s office said.
The insurgent group’s media and finance heads were among the detainees, the statement said. No one suffered casualties during the raid.
