KABUL (Pajhwok): Top government officials, including the vice-presidents, are out to sabotage the ongoing peace negotiations in Doha, claims the chief executive of the Jamiat-i-Islami Party.
Atta Mohammad Noor, who is also a former governor of Balkh province, accused some officials of making provocative comments.
A small circle was trying to stoke ethnic tensions and massacre innocent people in collusion with judicial organs, he said in an interview with 1TV.
Meanwhile, first VP Amrullah Saleh warned of sacking Hairatan port employees, who are said to be Noor’s supporters.
The VP claimed having a “thick file” on corruption in Hairatan port. “If you want, you will receive that file to know that we are aware of graft in Hairatan.”
