KABUL (Pajhwok): Over 130 civilians were killed and 342 others wounded in the Taliban attack in the past one month, the Ministry of Interior (MoI) said on Thursday.

MoI Spokesperson Tariq Aryan said on Twitter that the Taliban killed and injured civilians in 16 suicide attacks, 168 bomb blasts and other attacks.

He said, 134 civilians were killed and 342 others were injured in the attack. The Taliban have not yet commented MoI claim on civilian casualties.

Taliban on the contrary alleged 31 civilians were killed and 34 others injured in the 26 government air and ground attacks.
