2 uprising members killed, 4 children injured in Gardez attack

GARDEZ (Pajhwok): Two uprising force members were killed and four children injured in a Taliban attack in this capital city of southeastern Paktia province on Saturday.

Acting Paktia police chief Col. Lutfullah Kamran told Pajhwok Afghan News the Taliban attacked the uprising members in Baghka area of ​​Gardez this evening.

He said two uprising members were killed and four children were injured in the attack.

According to him, the attackers wore women’s burqas. Kamran said the children had been taken to the regional hospital and their condition was said to be stable.
