KABUL (Pajhwok): A landmine explosion occurred in limits of Kabul’s fifth police district, causing fear of financial losses, security officials said on Tuesday.
The Kabul police headquarters said the incident happened around 08:10am in the Abrasani area of the fifth police district.
It added an investigation was underway into the blast, the latest in a spate of explosions and targeted attacks on government vehicles.
Killings of Journalists and rights activists have also mounted but no group has yet claimed responsibility for such incidents.
