CHARIKAR (Pajhwok): At least 14people sustained injuries in a traffic accident in central Parwan province last night, an official said on Thursday.
Mohammad Reza Bayat, the provincial traffic department director, told Pajhwok Afghan News that two passenger vehicles coming from opposit directions collided head-on in Robat village on the Kabul-Parwan highway late Wednesday night.
He said the collision left 14 people injured, including women, men and children.
Dr. Abdul Khalil Heidari, Civil Hospital director, said 12 injured people, including seven women, two men and three children, had been brought to the hospital.
He said half the injured had been discharged and the remaining were under treatment.
