Ghoryan district police chief killed in militants attack

HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): The Ghoryan district police chief and three other policemen were killed in the Taliban attack in western Herat province, an official said on Friday.

Naqibullah Sultanzoy, the police of Ghoryan district of Herat province, and three other policemen were killed in the Taliban attack on Thursday night.

Mohammad Sardar Bahaderi, the Provincial Council member, confirmed the incident.

The Taliban have not spoken about the incident.
