JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Unidentified gunmen on Wednesday shot dead administrative head of appellant court in eastern Nangarhar province.
A credible source, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said that the incident took place in Talashi Chawk area in limits of 4th police district at around 8:30am.
The source said Abdul Qayyum Naeemi who was initially injured succumbed to his wounds.
Nangarhar appellant court confirmed the death of Naeemi to Pajhwok.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the assassination.
