TIRINKOT (Pajhwok): Five civilians and two policemen were injured when a bomb-rigged motorcycle went off in central Uruzgan province on Tuesday.
A security official told Pajhwok Afghan News the injured civilians included a woman. The blast took place near a police vehicle in Tirinkot, the provincial capital at around 1pm.
Dr. Ziaur Rehman Niazi, the provincial hospital chief, confirmed receiving seven injured people, including five civilians and two policemen from the scene.
No group has claimed responsibility for the blast.
