2 security personnel gunned down in Kabul

KABUL (Pajhwok): Unidentified gunmen shot dead two security personnel in the Bagrami district of Kabul on Wednesday morning, an official said.

Police spokesman Firdos Faramarz told Pajhwok Afghan News the incident took place in the Hussainkhel area of the district at around 7:15am.

He said two security force members were killed in the shooting. No arrest had been made but an investigation is underway.

Meanwhile, a security official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said a officer of the Ministry of Defence and an NDS agent had been killed in Kabul.
