KABUL (Pajhwok): National Directorate of Security (NDS) forces arrested a five-member group linked to Daesh and Haqqani Network in Kabul, the spy agency said on Sunday.
NDS in a statement said its special task force conducted a raid in limits of Kabul 11th police district.
The statement added that Javed, Ahmad Mureed, Rohullah, Abdul Hafiz and Abdul Jabbar were arrested as a result of the raid.
The statement claimed the detainees were involved in keeping, carrying and planting landmines and weapons in Kabul city.
The arrested persons were also involved in missile attacks on Kabul and Bagram airports and Mazari’s death anniversary.
The NDS statement said the arrested are being investigated.
Haqqani Network and Daesh group have not yet commented in this regard.
