JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Shinwari tribal elders demand reconstruction of houses, schools, mosques and public facilities destroyed due to the conflict in six districts of eastern Nangarhar province.
They say the provincial administration and President Ghani had several times pledged to reconstruct these facilities but the matter remained unaddressed so far.
Shinwari tribal elders said Daesh militants had been in control of their territories for few years and their townships and public facilities were destroyed in clashes between government forces and insurgents.
