1killed, 4 wounded in Kabul explosion: Police

KABUL (Pajhwok): One person was killed and four others injured in a magnetic bomb blast in Kabul on Sunday, An official said.

Police spokesman Firdos Faramarz told Pajhwok Afghan News the blast happened close to Kabul-Jalalabad high way in the limits of 19th Police District of Kabul at around 02:40pm, on Sunday.

The source did not give details about the identity of the person killed and the injured.

The incident is being investigated by a joint security team and the injured were rushed to hospital by security personnel officers, he added.

No one has claimed responsibility for the attack So far.

Meanwhile, Kabul police announced on Sunday that they had neutralized two explosions in Kabul.
