SHARAN (Pajhwok): Teachers in three districts of southeastern Paktika province claim to have not received their last 15 months’ salaries and threaten to quit.
Noorullah, a teacher in Warmami district, told Pajhwok Afghan News he had not received salary for the last 15 months.
According to him, if the Education Department wants teachers to register their biometrics and use bank cards, then it should open a bank branch in each of the three districts.
