JALALABAD (Pajhwok): A young man from eastern Nangarhar province has detonated a hand-grenade inside the house of a girl he loved after her family declined his proposal.
One woman was killed and four others were wounded in the blast in Surkhrod district, including the jilted young man, according to provincial officials.
