HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): Mohammad Ismail Khan, a former jihadi commander, on Sunday said some of Zalmay Khalilzad’s peace proposals were ‘ambiguous’ and ‘questionable’.
Khan said this while addressing a ceremony in western Herat province to commemorate the 24th anniversary of the uprising of Herat people against the government of the time.
The former water and energy minister said although there were some positive points in the US special envoy, Khalilzad’s peace proposal but some points were not clearly mentioned.
