Large weapons cache destroyed in Behsud

KABUL (Pajhwok): Security forces have discovered and destroyed a huge cache of weapons in central Maidan Wardak province, the Ministry of Defence said on Monday.

In a statement, MoD said the arms cache was discovered during an operation in the Behsud district of the province on Sunday night.

One vehicle, six walkie-talkies and six BM1 shells were also seized during the overnight raid, the ministry added.
