CHARIKAR (Pajhwok): At least 30 students of painting and calligraphy have exhibited 100 art pieces symbolising peace in central Parwan province, an official said on Thursday.
Abdul Ghaffar Raufi, cultural and tourism head at the Department of Information and Culture, told Pajhwok Afghan News 30 youths from different parts of the province were selected and trained on painting and calligraphy two months ago.
He said the students on Thursday exhibited 100 artworks on the theme of peace and tolerance, as well as an end to violence.
