KABUL (Pajhwok): Hezb-i-Islami Afghanistan (HIA) supremo Gulbuddin Hekmatyar on Monday said the upcoming Turkey meeting could not discuss the constitution and future political system because only a Loya Jirga has this authority.
The HIA chief while talking to a group of local and foreign journalists discussed in detail the upcoming peace conference in Turkey, future political system, peace strategy, ceasefire and some other issues.
The multilateral conference on Afghanistan is expected to take place on April 16. But Hekmatyar said an exact date was not finalized because delegations for the conference had not received invitations.
