Mohammad Dawod appointed new Faryab governor

KABUL (Pajhwok): Mohammad Dawod has been appointed as new governor of northwestern Faryab province, the Independent Directorate of Local Governance (IDLG) said on Friday.

On its facebook page, IDLG said that Mohammad Dawod appointment as Faryab governor comes in line with Presidential order after recommendation by IDLG.

Earlier, Naqibullah Faeq served as the governor of Faryab province.
