KABUL (Pajhwok): Senior Afghan and Pakistani diplomats have agreed on enhancing joint counter-terrorism measures.
A Pakistani delegation, led by Ambassador (R) Mohammad Sadiq held talks with Afghanistan’s Special Representative for Pakistan Omar Daudzai and National Security Advisor Hamdullah Mohib.
At the meeting in Kabul on Sunday, the two sides discussed bilateral relations, including peace negotiations, Associated Press of Pakistan reported.
Transit trade and joint steps against the menace of terrorism also came up for discussion, the state-run news agency reported.
Earlier in the day, the Sadiq-led team arrived in Kabul for discussions with the Afghan officials on peace, security and related matters.
