Children among 7 worshipers gunned down in Baghlan

PUL-I-KHUMRI (Pajhwok): Seven worshipers have been killed in northern Baghlan province, an official said on Friday.

Police Spokesperson Ahmad Javid Basharat, said the incident happened on Thursday night in the Walyan valley of Khinjan district.

“Worshipers concluded Taraweh prayer and there were coming out of mosque when bullets were sprayed at them,” he said.

Two children were among those killed.
