KABUL (Pajhwok): Top security officials on Saturday alleged the Taliban carried out Friday night bombing in Pul-i-Alam, the capital of central Logar province.
Addressing reporters here, National Security Advisor Hamdullah Mohib believed the Taliban were behind the car bombing and stressed that names of the Taliban leadership should not be removed from the UN black list because the group has no intension to stop violence.
Twenty-six people were killed and 110 others injured in the overnight car-bombing. No group has claimed responsibility for the carnage so far.
