KABUL (Pajhwok): Seven people have been killed and 14 others wounded as a result of a blaze in the Shakardara district of Kabul, the Ministry of Interior (MoI) said on Sunday.
Dozens of fuel tankers and heavy trucks were torched in the overnight fire at a pump station in the Karez-i-Mir area of the district, the MoI spokesman said.
Tariq Aryan confirmed the incident, which disrupted power supply to many Kabul neighbourhoods, left seven people dead and 14 wounded.
