JALALABAD (Pajhwok): National Security Advisor Hamdullah Mohib has said that Afghan forces fight against armed groups is sacred and successful, according to a statement on Friday.
Mohib said this during a visit to 02 Unit Headquarters in Jalalabad, capital of eastern Nangarhar province.
He was briefed about the performance of security forces against militants and was assured of security forces complete readiness.
National Directorate of Security (NDS) Chief Gen. Zia Zeraj also accompanied Mohib on his trip.
Mohib termed 02 Unit leadership and its forces sacrifices as elements pride for Afghanistan and its people.
