Foreigner sentenced for over 5-year jail term in alcohol selling crime

KABUL (Pajhwok): A foreign national has been jailed for five years and four months over alcohol selling, according to a statement from Supreme Court on Tuesday.

The accused is the head of a logistic company who had been jailed for over five years by the appellant court in connection to selling 123,455 liters of alcohol of alcohol in Afghanistan.

The statement did not say he accused hailed from which country.
