JALALABAD (Pajhwok): A woman and two of her daughters have been killed as a result of domestic violence in the capital of eastern Nangarhar province, officials said on Sunday.
Nangarhar police spokesman Farid Khan told Pajhwok Afghan News the woman and her daughters were killed in Chaknori area in Jalalabad’s seventh police district on Saturday night.
He added the motive behind the killings was not known so far but police were investigating the incident.
But the governor’s spokesman, Attaullah Khogyani, linked the triple murder to a family dispute. He said police had arrested one suspect while two others . . .
