CHARIKAR (Pajhwok): A civil society institute in central Parwan province claims that Covid-19 response budget for the province has been embezzled and misused.
Members of Kahkashan Social Audit on Wednesday in a meeting said they had launched their investigation six months ago with participation of 20 civil society activists in Parwan into the matter.
