KABUL (Pajhwok): The Abu Dhabi crown prince and NATO’s Resolute Support commander have conferred on the withdrawal of foreign forces from Afghanistan.
Gen. Austin Scott Miller called on Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who is also deputy supreme commander of the UAE armed forces, in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday.
The state-run Emirate News Agency reported they exchanged views on the latest developments in the region, primarily the withdrawal of US and NATO troops from Afghanistan.
