KABUL (Pajhwok): Three officials of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MoLSA) were detained on corruption charges on Monday.
Tariq Arian, spokesman for the Ministry of Interior, told Pajhwok Afghan News the officials were detained by Heinous Crimes personnel in the morning.
He said the officials were detained over illegal actions, misuse of authority and non-implementation of presidential orders.
The MoI spokesman identified the detainees as directors of human resources, finance and the deputy head of recruitment.
But the MoLSA has not yet commented on the arrests.
