ASADABAD (Pajhwok): At least five people were injured and vaccine storage caught fire as a result of four mortar shells strike hit parts of the provincial capital of eastern Kunar province on Wednesday, an official said.
Governor Mohammad Iqbal Sayeed told Pajhwok Afghan News that Taliban insurgents had fired four mortar shells at Asadabad City, the provincial capital today morning.
He said five civilians were injured and others suffered financial losses due to the attack.
