Taliban captures Kapesa’s Ala Sae district

MAHMOOD RAQI (Pajhwok): The Taliban captured the Ala Sae district of central Kapesa province on Wednesday, a local representative said.

Provincial Council Head Mohammad Hussain Sanji said the Taliban overran the district this afternoon.

A local security source and the resident of locality confirmed the Taliban captured Ala Sae district.

Taliban Spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid said they captured Ala Sae district and security forces have left the district.
