HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): The third one-window operation centre for the processing of export items documents opened in western Herat province on Tuesday, an official said.
Commerce Minister Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani said in the past it took one week to process export related documents of items.
He added in the new facility 19 government institutions had been reduced to six under one roof will process export items documents in one hour.
“This facility is for exporters, in the past an exporter was able to process his documents from three to seven days. Now within an hour things will be finished . . .
