SAR-I-PUL CITY (Pajhwok): Three people have been killed in a roadside blast in northern Sar-i-Pul province, an official said on Friday.
Public Health Department Director Dr. Noor Ahmad Ishaqzai said the blast happened in Seah Shanbe locality on Thursday afternoon.
He added three people on their way to Mazar-i-Sharif were killed in the blast. According to Ishaqzai the three slain youth were the students of economy and education faculty in Balkh University.
