36 greenhouses to be built in Sar-i-Pul

SAR-I-PUL (Pajhwok): Thirty-six greenhouses would be built at a cost of 25 million Afghanis in center and districts of northern Sar-i-Pul province, officials said on Sunday.

Sar-i-Pul Agriculture and Livestock director Mohammad Salim Ranjbar at the inauguration ceremony of the project, said the greenhouses will be built with an incentive from the Ministry of Finance, which is allocated to less developed provinces.

He did not give details about these greenhouses; but he said that by building the green houses, it would directly and indirectly provide employment to hundreds of people.

The government has built 164 greenhouses in Sar-i-Pul province in the last three years.
